With its stunning views of the rolling Northamptonshire countryside, East Carlton Countryside Park provides a tranquil setting for reflection and remembrance. This special installation allows individuals and families to connect with the memories of those they hold dear, creating a lasting tribute in a beautiful natural environment.
More Than Just a Memorial: Supporting Hospice Care
We Remember goes beyond providing a place for personal remembrance. Each We Remember plaque purchased directly contributes to the vital work of Cransley Hospice Trust. Just £60, the cost of a small plaque for one year, can fund a home visit by a Cransley Nurse Specialist, enabling a patient in need to receive compassionate care in the comfort of their own home.
As Casey Garrett, who supports We Remember in honour of her beloved Mum Janet, shared, “I can’t put into words the difference Cransley made.” Janet’s experience highlights the profound impact of hospice care, providing comfort, dignity, and support during challenging times. By dedicating a plaque, you are not only honouring your loved one but also ensuring that others can access this essential care.

Each We Remember plaque can be personalised with your own heartfelt message, creating a unique and meaningful tribute. Whether your loved one received care from Cransley Hospice Trust or not, this memorial is open to all who wish to honour their memory.
Choosing Your Plaque: Sizes and Wording Suggestions
We offer four options to suit your personal preference:
- Small Plaques (85 x 40mm): Ideal for a concise message, these plaques offer a subtle yet meaningful tribute. 40 characters per line.
- Large Plaques (180 x 40mm): Providing more space for your message, these plaques allow for a more detailed tribute. 60 characters per line.
You can also choose between a one-year or three-year dedication period. Additionally, you can choose to have your plaque installed at either East Carlton Countryside Park or the beautiful grounds of Chester House Estate.

Join us for a Special Unveiling Ceremony on Saturday 26th April 2025 at East Carlton Park.
